What is the 1440 Fund?
Day in and day out, you work hard. You put food on the table. You pay the bills. But what about when you experience something serious – something unexpected?
The 1440 Fund is made up of monetary donations from across the organization with one mission: to support employees experiencing a personal hardship.

How does the 1440 Fund work?
1. Identify Hardship
Let’s face it: Asking for help is hard. But recognizing that you are (or a colleague is) going through a tough time and could benefit from support is the first step.
2. Tell Your Team Leader
Your leader is here to help. Once a hardship has been identified, express your request for 1440 Fund support.
3. Submit a Request
After you’ve spoken with your leader, work with him/ her to submit a request. The request will go to the 1440 Fund Board of Directors for review.
4. Review Process
The 1440 Fund Board of Directors diligently reviews all requests to ensure the fund is being used to help those with the greatest need. For this reason, 1440 Fund support will not be provided for all requests.
It can be hard to openly share a struggle you’re going through. That’s why help from the 1440 Fund stays anonymous unless you decide otherwise.

The fund is only possible because of the selfless company and culture we’ve built together — and $1 is all it takes to help someone who truly needs it. Thank you to each of you for making our organization one that always puts others first.

Complete an Employee Deduction Authorization Form by clicking the button on the right. You can opt for a one-time donation or have an amount automatically withdrawn each pay period.
